We Have A Winner!!!

On Sunday, February 5th, the Patriots won Super Bowl LI. It is said by fans to be one of the most exciting and intense game in NFL history. The Falcons dominated in the first half, leading 21-3. A lot of mistakes were made by the Patriots in the first half. For example, Tom Brady threw an interception to Robert Alford for a pick 6. The throw was originally going to Danny Amendola. The Falcons were having a fun time dominating the Patriots in the first half of the game. Matt Ryan threw zero interceptions and threw two touchdown passes in the first half. He had a total of 240 passing yards and an extra 44 rushing yards. The Falcons had a total of 104 rushing yards. Devonta Freeman had a total of 75 rushing yards with one touchdown. His substitute, Tevin Coleman had only a total of 29 rushing yards. But surprisingly, Julio Jones got 87 yards, but he did not get a single touchdown the entire game. Neither did Taylor Gabriel, who had a total of 76 yards. Coleman got a touchdown from a pass from Matt Ryan.

The Patriots now have a total of five Super Bowls, Which means that Tom Brady has a total of five Super Bowl rings and he has four Super Bowl MVPs. The Patriots had a tough time in the first half of the game, most likely because they took the Falcons too lightly, Who knew that Tom Brady would have thrown an interception? In total, Brady had a total of 442 passing yards, almost doubling Matt Ryan's total passing yards. Brady had an extra 24 rushing yards which then led to a total of 466 yards. LeGarrette Blount had a total of 31 rushing yards, but zero touchdowns. The running back who scored a run touchdown was James White and he had less yards the Blount. White had a total of 29 yards. He even had the most receiving yards with a total of 110 yards. Julian Edelman had 87 yards, Amendola had 78 yards, Malcolm Mitchell had 70 yards, Martellus Bennett had 62 yards and Chris Hogan had 57 yards. The player who scored th
e overtime touchdown was Jared White.
